Summary The problem of livestock enterprises, regardless of ownership forms, is associated with lung diseases in cattle, mainly of viral etiology. Infectious rhinotracheitis, viral diarrhea, respiratory syncytial infection, type-3 parainfluenza dominate in agricultural enterprises among cattle. Calves mainly suffer during postnatal ontogenesis. Antibody formation is associated with the protective forces of the newborn calf's body, while the immune system in newborn animals does not yet have protective properties associated with antibody formation. In connection with this, the study of the dynamics of antibody formation in calves of the postnatal period is of no small importance for the system of specific prevention of respiratory diseases of viral etiology.
