Characterization of microorganisms of fermentation processes

Summary Fermentation production affects the viability of microflora. Energy transformations are carried out in the living cell. Fermentation is an important property of the metabolic process. Metabolism consists of: decay and recovery of the chemical composition of the cell, which affects the formation of different metabolic constituents - organic acids, alcohol, methane.
