Abstract. The aim of the study was to compare the data of the screening data contained in agricultural enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region, at the SARS of the CRC with the results of environmental monitoring presented in the state report of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Sverdlovsk Region “On the state and environmental protection of the Sverdlovsk region in 2020”. Studies were conducted on the basis of the viral disease of the FGBNU of Urfanitsa of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Statistical, serological and molecular genetic research methods were used. The calves of 3-6 months of age were studied, in agricultural enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region with a dysfunctional environmental situation. Agricultural enterprises located in the Kamyshlovsky and Kamensk-Ural regions are part of the zone of the East Ural radioactive trace (VURAS), which was formed in 1957 due to the accident that occurred at the Mayak.
