Food liposomal delivery systems vitamin D3

Annotation. The article provides information on the use of liposomal systems as a carrier of vitamin D3 in the food and pharmaceutical industries. developments confirming the possibility and effectiveness of creating aerosols with liposomal vitamin D3. From the point of view of biological compatibility, liposomes are ideal as carriers of biologically active substances. Conclusions are drawn about the prospects of the research topic on the creation of an inhaled form of liposomal preparations of vitamin D3.
